Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Cream and Craft Academy LLP ("Lumiora Kids", "we", "us") collects through lumioraacademy.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Because our workshops are for children, we take particular care with children's information.

1. Who this website is for

This website is written for parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Any information about a child, such as a name or age, is provided by the child's parent or guardian, who confirms their role and gives consent when submitting a form.

2. Information we collect

When you book a free demo class (demo page or landing page), you give us: parent name, child's name, child's age, phone number, email address, and your preferred batch. If you use our landing page, we also note that the request came from it.

When you contact us (contact page), you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, whether you are a parent, school, partner or other, your area of interest, a child's age range (for parents), a school or organisation name (for schools and partners), and the message you write.

When you pay for a workshop, payment is handled on a page hosted by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. After payment, if you land on our confirmation page, we record which workshop level you paid for and the payment reference details that Razorpay passes back to our page, so we can match your payment to your booking.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you send, including your phone number.

3. How we use your information

We do not use tracking or behavioural-monitoring tools to profile children, and we do not direct advertising at children.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We use the following service providers to run Lumiora Kids, and they process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services we link to, such as Razorpay's payment pages, and resources we load, such as Google Fonts, may receive technical information like your IP address and may set their own identifiers under their own policies. When you press play on a YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect information under Google’s policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

6. Children's information

We collect a child's name and age only from a parent or guardian, and only to arrange and run the child's workshop and to communicate with the family. We aim to handle children's information in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We will only publicly feature a child's work with the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold and limit access to team members who need it to run Lumiora Kids. No method of storing or transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or your child, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to withdraw your consent, or to stop receiving messages from us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal requirement to keep certain records.

10. Grievances and contact
