Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid workshops booked through Cream and Craft Academy LLP ("Lumiora Kids", "we", "us") on lumioraacademy.com. Please read it before you pay. By paying for a workshop, you agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions.

1. No refunds

Workshop fees are not refundable once payment is completed, including when a child is unable to attend or decides not to take part.

2. Rescheduling to another batch

If your child cannot make their booked batch, we will move them to another batch of the same workshop level, subject to availability in that batch. Current batch timings are listed on our Programs page.

To request a reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90431 91400 or email lumiorakids.india@gmail.com with your child's name, your payment reference, and the batch you would like to move to.

3. If we cancel or change a batch

If we need to cancel or change a batch, we will let you know as early as we can and arrange an alternative batch for your child.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, or if you are charged more than once for the same workshop, the extra or failed amount will be returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, following Razorpay's standard processing timelines. Please contact us with your payment reference so we can help.

5. Free demo classes

Demo classes are free of charge, so no payment or refund applies to them.
