Welcome to Lumiora Kids. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website at lumioraacademy.com and for booking our workshops. By booking a workshop or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Who we are

Lumiora Kids is a program of Cream and Craft Academy LLP ("Lumiora Kids", "we", "us"), located at No 76, Sudarson Nagar, First Main Road, Madambakkam, Chennai - 600126, India. You can reach us at lumiorakids.india@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 90431 91400.

2. What we offer

Lumiora Kids offers live, online, instructor-led workshops that teach children aged 8 to 14 to create stories, films and educational content with the help of AI tools. We currently offer three workshop levels, each a 2-hour live session:

• Level 1 — Storytelling with AI (ages 8–10)
• Level 2 — Sci-Fi Movie Creator (ages 10–12)
• Level 3 — Educational Content Creator (ages 12–14)

Current prices and batch timings are shown on our Programs page. We may update workshop content, tools, schedules and prices from time to time. A price change does not affect a booking you have already paid for.

3. Who can book

Workshops are booked by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a child. By booking, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian (or are authorised by them) and that you are at least 18 years old. Children take part under the supervision and responsibility of their parent or guardian.

4. Free demo classes

You can request a free demo class through our website. Submitting a request does not guarantee a seat in a particular batch; we will confirm your slot with you, usually through WhatsApp.

5. Booking and payment

Paid workshops are booked through payment links hosted by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. After paying, please message us on WhatsApp so we can add you to your batch; your booking is confirmed once we have matched your payment to your request.

6. What you need to take part

Workshops are held online. You are responsible for providing a suitable laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection for your child. We cannot be responsible for sessions affected by problems with your device or connection.

7. Responsible use of AI tools

Our workshops introduce children to AI tools in a guided setting. We ask parents and children to follow the instructions given by the mentor, to use the tools only for the workshop activities, and not to create content that is harmful, hateful, violent, sexual, or that infringes anyone's rights. AI tools can produce unexpected or imperfect results, and we cannot guarantee the output of any third-party tool. We may change the tools used in a workshop at any time.

8. Children's work and showcasing

We will only publicly feature a child's work on our website or social media with the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

9. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from everyone in our sessions and communication channels. We may remove a participant from a session or batch if their behaviour disrupts others or breaks these terms. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies in that case.

10. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Our cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Lumiora Kids name, logo, website design, text, videos and workshop materials belong to Cream and Craft Academy LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them without our written permission. Workshop materials are provided for your child's personal learning only.

12. Limitation of liability

We take care to run safe and well-organised workshops, but to the extent permitted by law, Lumiora Kids is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, our workshops, or third-party tools and services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
